Quality control
Tested before it ships.
Our QC protocol covers adhesion, abrasion, corrosion and optical checks.
Coating is scored in a grid and pulled with 3M tape. Cut edges must stay smooth with no squares lifted.
000# steel wool, ≥750 g load, 1,000 cycles. Haze increase must stay within 0.8%.
20 minutes in boiling 5% NaCl, then room-temperature water. No cracking or peeling allowed.
Measured against standard reference data on color-testing equipment.
